Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At The Korean Shop (Pvt) Ltd, we aim to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase or service.
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or replacements may be offered for products or services purchased through www.koreanshop.lk.

2. Product Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products damaged during delivery or found to be defective must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photo or video proof.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 working days.

? Non-returnable items include:

Installed or used Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, or Gym Equipment
Personal care or hygiene-related items
Products sold on clearance or special discounts

3. Service-Related Refunds (AC Repairing & Installation)

We strive to deliver the best repair and installation services possible. However, if you are not satisfied with a service:

You may contact us within 24 hours of service completion to report any issue.
Refunds for services are considered only if the service was not performed as agreed or could not be completed due to our team’s fault.
Service fees are non-refundable once the technician visit has been completed.

4. Wrong or Damaged Product Delivery

If you receive the wrong product or an item damaged during delivery:

Notify us immediately via support@koreanshop.lk or WhatsApp.
Provide photos/videos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange pickup and replacement at no extra cost.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, card payment, or cash refund if applicable).
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider but typically takes 3–10 working days.
